Booth Set-Up
All booth holders are responsible for setting up and decorating their own booth within the allocated space. Please prepare your own tablecloth. Do ensure that all displays are safe, neat, and do not block walkways or neighbouring booths.

Approved Items Only
Booth holders may only sell or display items that have been declared and approved by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to remove any unsuitable, unsafe, offensive, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

No AI-Generated Art
Anime Earth does not allow the sale or display of AI-generated artwork, AI-assisted artwork, or products created using AI-generated images.
All artwork, prints, merchandise, character designs, and visual goods must be created by the artist, creator, or rights holder. The organiser reserves the right to request clarification and remove any items suspected to be AI-generated.

Respect the Venue and Other Participants
Please keep the booth area clean and treat fellow booth holders, visitors, mall staff, and organisers with respect at all times.

No Hazardous or Restricted Items
Sharp objects, weapons, hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal goods, and items that may cause safety concerns are not allowed.

Booth Attendance
Booths must be attended by the booth holder or an appointed representative during event operating hours. Please keep your booth open throughout the event and do not leave valuable items unattended.

Organiser’s Decision
The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions regarding booth allocation, event arrangements, safety requirements, and any matters related to the smooth running of the event.
